Ivy is a fashion born of a mindset manifested in a lifestyle. There are values attached: dignity, the value and power of thought, ethics, hard work, aesthetics, appreciation of all things classic, and the dogged pursuit of excellence. While Ivy evolves (I haven’t worn socks since Easter) the values don’t. If you are a reader, it is our stated intent to amplify these things for you. You can always reach me here. And I hope you do.
Seems like a fair deal to me. Also, I observe a circa 1978 wider width clue tie. I am a fan as they knot nicely and look better than skinny ties on adult men.
I dig the tie. And the values.
Best Regards,
Heinz-Ulrich
I dig the wide tie, too. And the pleated khakis. It’s like it’s 1994 all over again!
Liked the collar and cut of the shirt.
Could you identify it for us?
Thanks.
Why is the photo printed back to front ?
Bronx kid, just wanted to know how to dress without looking like an idiot. Too late for me, trying to help the next generation.
I replied this morning on this post and it has not appeared while others before and since have. I just tried to email you about it and it bounced. So this is the only other way. What gives?
