Peabody-Pierce Trim-Frame Poor Boys #8 (shown above)
Though these frames are available in four colors, Honey Demi (shown above) and Autumn Blaze are most favored. The lively tortoise shell pattern combined with curving P-3 enhanced ovals and slight bump-ridged keyhole bridge provide a traditional, stylish accent about your eyes.
Governor’s Poor Boys
Very similar to Peabody #8, Governor’s Poor Boys have a slightly wider front width, with longer, more slender hinge area, a flattened key hole bridge and a shortened rim height. The Honey Amber version (shown above) appear smokey and slightly translucent, as if poured directly from a honeycomb.
Hampshires
The warm umbers and gold amber of these curved rectangular rimmed frames swirl and mix in a vaporous pattern that creates a soft, undulating glow in sunlight. These traditional, classic frames have made a major comeback in both inner city colleges as well as Ivy League universities and are seen on the famous faces of entertainers and musicians.
Windsors
