Watch Madras Being Hand-Loomed In India

Castaway Clothing, which recently uveiled some new shirts made in India the old-school way, had some videos of madras fabric being loomed in Chennai, the city formerly known as Madras.

  1. Great video! I’m always humbled everytime I travel internationally (particularly to Asiatic countries) by how resourceful and creative many of these folks are. Never afraid of hard work and such great craftsmen. I’ve brought back great artwork and such that inspires me to revel in and appreciate my work.
