Midnight Frolic: New Year’s Eve, 1965

kiss me

Here’s to happy smooching at the stroke of midnight, just like they did half a century ago. If she says, “Kiss me, stupid,” you can assume it’s consensual.

    I dunno, CC. From what I hear is she’s at Columbia University you’d better get her to put that in a notarized affidavit just to be safe. 🙂

    Thanks for a great year of entertaining and educational Ivy/Trad blogging.

    @Mazama:

    One question: Does your use of the slash in “Ivy/Trad” mean that “Ivy” and “Trad” are different terms for the same thing, or are you using the slash to mean “&”?
    Thanks for a reply.

  4. “Kiss Me Stupid” was a 1964 film with Dean Martin and Kim Novak. If Kim said “Kiss me stupid” I certainly wouldn’t say “Uh, NO”‘!!!
