    Is a distinctive shape called “Tautz Lapels”.
    Brooks Brothers double breasted
    traditionally have this.

    If today Brooks Brothers had a minimum sense of style and tradition should resume these features.
    Brooks Brothers in late 60s had done.

    I’d very much like to see more pictures of early to mid century Brooks clothing.

    I know a few older tailors who praise the old (circa 40s and 50s) Brooks. One of them recalls a Harris Tweed hopsack blazer. Has anyone else heard that they used “loom state” cloth for blazers and suits? Unfinished. Hard English worsteds.

    I love the idea that there exists a detailed, comprehensive Brooks Brothers archive, and that it was kept up even while no profit was being made on it.

    More difference than just the lapels. Your image shows six button and patch & flap waist pockets. But, yes the labels are the same and both are DBs. 😉
